Glazing a batch of angular stoneware bowls, piled high, well, simply for the sake of it. These are potentially my new medium bowl shape, with a curved interior form yet with a sharp-cornered exterior. Seeing how they fire en masse will tell me a lot. I want to know whether turning an acute angle means they’re more prone to slumping as they’re fired up to 1290ºc.
