My Cuban father rooted in Jazz music and preparing the most thirst quenching Red wine sangria would start his Sangria making process at least a day or two in advance so the fruits could soak up the booze and flavor the sangria. This time of the year I’ve switched up a traditional family favorite and rocked a few Fall ingredients into my white wine base. Cinnamon sticks, star anise and pear brandy. The perfect Fall Sangria!
