Meet some of the friendly locals at the Kiwi Park wildlife sanctuary! 🦉🦜🪶🦎 Tucked away in the centre of Queenstown, the five-acre sanctuary is home to over 20 native New Zealand birds and reptiles, like the iconic kiwi, tuatara, South Island kākā, kea, kererū. Care and conservation underpin the park’s operations with all of the species being part of managed conservation programs through the Department of Conservation.
