HIGH PROTEIN FRENCH ONION DIP For one serving: 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (I used 2%) onion salt- I use @redmondrealsalt save with HHH15 1 teaspoon dehydrated onions (optional) Combine in a small bowl, chill to let flavors mingle. Enjoy with raw veggies or whatever you like (I made carrot fries in the air fryer.)
