Will a NON-ELECTRIC 3D Deer Fence Protect a Field From Deer Damage?

Here’s another experiment on my wildlife friendly fence project. I’m trying many experiments. This is a maximum of 40” high fence. I put a smooth wire on top with a pvc pipe over it. From what I’ve been reading most animals can clear that and if they can’t they will roll over the top wire without getting hung up or cut. The added benefit is hawks and other birds can see the fence and not get caught in the wires. I’m afraid the cows will destroy it but I’m enjoying these experiments. The panels a
