Spicy Sweetcorn Chowder, Spoiltpig Smoked Bacon & Maple Syrup Cornbread Ingredients: 1 pkt Spoiltpig Smoked Back Bacon 200g Frozen Sweetcorn 1 Tin of Coconut Milk/Cream (400ml) 400ml Vegetable or Chicken stock 2 Red Peppers-½ cm dice 1 large onion-½ cm dice 1 large carrot-½ cm dice 2 stalks of celery-½ cm dice 1 or 2 Chopped Red Chilli (depending how spicy you like it) 400g potatoes-1cm dice (1/2 sweet potato) 2-3 tsp Smoked Paprika, 1 tsp Turmeric, 1 tsp Cumin Fresh Coriander, Salt & Black pepp
