Then, when they are ready to ship them out, pack them with some dry ice to keep them frozen while being transported in the mail. Once it is received by the c,Iebt, they are thawed for several hours and ready to eat.

2007年4月11日 · I freeze cupcakes all the time and my boys love them. They are pretty "cake snobby" so if they dont want to eat it, somethings up. Oh yeah, if it's pink my oldest won't eat it because it's for GIRLS ONLY!!LOL For some reason I just never wanted to share those with customers. Now if our friends come over, they will often get frozen cupcakes.

2010年2月2日 · I freeze cupcakes all the time. After baking I cool completely, then I usually put 6 at a time of them on a cardboard and slide into a plastic bag or wrap with plastic wrap...air tight. I slide them into another ziploc bag and freeze. When I need cupcakes I take out as many as I need, thaw in the bag. Once thawed I decorate with icing .
