Wauwatosa Montessori School serves students in grades K-8, and may slightly alter its schedule to better accommodate its wide range of grade levels. The 2024-25 At a Glance Calendar for Wauwatosa Montessori School can be found here.

Students who are currently attending the District and move, and siblings of current students in the District have legislative priority for admittance to the open enrollment program where space is available.

If you are not a Wauwatosa resident, please click here to apply for Public School Open Enrollment. Enrollment begins in January for incoming Junior Kindergarten and Senior Kindergarten students. Students who are already enrolled in the district do not need to re-enroll for the upcoming year.

Healthy and nutritious meals are a key part of a child's successful learning during the school day. The Wauwatosa School District contracts with Sodexo Food Service to provide our students with these meals for breakfast and lunch.

Because state funding has not kept pace with inflation, the Wauwatosa School District facing a budget shortfall of $9.3M for the 2024-25 school year, and $61M over the next five years. The District intends to satisfy the shortfall in 2024-25 by using its healthy fund balance.
