Murata's microblower uses the principle of a piezoelectric type diaphragm pump. While this device is smaller and thinner with ultrasonic vibration applied using piezoelectric ceramic, it realizes a high pressure and flow rate. Murata's unique technology also realized a microblower with an air flow in one direction without using a valve.
