The Sandstorm is a rare Wasteland occurrence in the Mad Max game. It can appear at any unexpected moments. When a storm approaches, a "Storm Approaching Seek Shelter" will be shown. The storm mainly appears south of the map as a large dust cloud. Max can choose to outrun it, but if the storm reaches Max it will impair his vision.
