The BMW 3 Series (E46) is the fourth generation of the BMW 3 Series range of compact executive cars manufactured by German automaker BMW. Produced from 1997 to 2006, it was the successor to the E36 3 Series, which ceased production in 2000.

Not illegal for off road use? the 3 series were cop cars in multiple countries in the middle east. the e46 ones, and the jeep cherooke. they were common. Maybe a stealthy looking swat car?

2008年3月5日 · Humberside police have a marked E46 330i that is part of a pursuit team with a marked Subaru Impreza. They also have an unmarked black E90 and black unmarked E60. But strangely over the last few days I've seen two coppers in a Subaru Impreza that is in full rally colours and obviously sticks out like a sore thumb.
