Then, when they are ready to ship them out, pack them with some dry ice to keep them frozen while being transported in the mail. Oh yeah, if it's pink my oldest won't eat it because it's for GIRLS ONLY!!LOL For some reason I just never wanted to share those with customers. I slide them into another ziploc bag and freeze. When I need cupcakes I take out as many as I need, thaw in the bag. Once thawed I decorate with icing .
