Y is the twenty-fifth episode of the first season of Alphabet Lore, and the twenty-fifth episode overall. After X dies, Y is seen tumbling down and saying her name like how most people say "WHHHHHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY?!!!!!!!!!!!", which means X and Y appear to be married.

Alphabet Lore (also known as just Alphabet, Alphabet: The Series, and Alphabet Friends) is a series of animated shorts created by Mike Salcedo of Explosm.net. It started with short animations featuring the letters of the alphabet reimagined as characters but quickly developed into an ongoing storyline.

A sequel series titled Number Lore centers around 1, a mysterious new antagonist hailing from a society of numbers invading the world of letters for similarly vague reasons. Each episode introduces a new number that the letters have to fight, with 1 being able to create new numbers by adding or multiplying himself and other numbers with each other.
