2011年12月5日 · Hurt my tibial tuberosity last Wednesday squatting and haven't squatted since; pain would come on again when putting some pressure walking until Friday and has been pain free since. However, I just got done playing some football at the park and now it hurts when I do air squats, pain isn't too bad but is still there.

2020年3月30日 · Start back squatting lighter weights progressing 2x/week. I would have a SQ/Press day and a Bench/DL day and alternate them. I would ramp sets of 5 to a top set, and if the tibial tuberosity is feeling good, do another set. If it is starting to distract you during the set, shut things down. It is ok to feel and nudge the pain during activity.

I have been following RICE since I noticed the pain (last friday 12/24) and the soreness/pain has dulled down quite a bit now on monday. So should I squat and then RICE the hell out of it after I train?

After taking a week off and getting back in to some higher volume training, I developed a rather terrible pain in my tibial tuberosity last week after squatting 385 for a couple sets of 5 even with knee sleeves. The bone hurt to the touch and was hot/agitated.

2015年12月9日 · At physical therapy, they diagnosed me with insertional patellar tendinitis. They gave me some stretches and exercises to do and sent me on my way (IE they were absolutely useless). There's a small bump right on my tibial tubercle and this week I evaluated how my knee felt by squatting light. It hurt fairly bad and reignited the pain.
