2012年7月18日 · I just had my liner installed and my pool builder was less that thrilled about the idea of me using a robotic vaccum with the spinning brushes. He believes that they cause more issue like ripped liners so he prefers the type that just use suction. I believe his favorite cleaner is the Polaris 380 with the added pump.

2011年4月30日 · The cleaner would maneuver to a pool wall, then go up one pool cleaner length, then stop and go the other direction. So after one cycle and seeing the pool walls didn't look much cleaner, I decided to try again using the screen filters. (I thought maybe the cleaner wasn't getting enough suction using the pleated filters.)

My initial goal was to buy another S200 "style" robot as I have been happy with them so far. Margaret suggested that I might want to look at a new line of robot cleaners that Marina is now carrying, the Aqua Products EVO.

You'll find that once all of the costs are totaled for a Polaris type cleaner, your investment is going to be pretty close to the cost of a robot.

2019年8月4日 · Used to run it everyday, but recently changed to every other day. I am now contemplating maybe twice a week since pool doesn't get that dirty. Robot stays in the pool unless it's the weekend and we have company over. I clean the filters once a week. The pool guy cleans skimmers once a week and I net the surface about every other day.
