Manual tree pole pruner, what's the trick? - TractorByNet
2012年8月22日 · A pole saw, gas, battery or electric, with the motor at the operators end would make much more sense. I suppose the design challenge is transmitting the power to the cutting end while maintaining the telescopic functionality.
Manual tree pole pruner, what's the trick? - TractorByNet
2015年12月20日 · The problem with the pole saws is that the motor is at the top end making them unwieldy, back breaking and dangerous. Had to fix my Harbor Freight pole saw today - TractorByNet
2017年1月6日 · I bought my Lynxx pole saw a year ago last month. I've been very pleased with it's performance, and I've used the heck out of it. Stihl telescoping power pole chainsaw hard to retract/extend
2016年8月2日 · Pole isn't bent, I didn't drop anything on it (this time!) and its straight as an arrow to look at it. When I the locking collar off, you can see 4 washers that get compressed to hold the pole tight when you extend it. If I move those washers by hand, it's easy to move the pole. The washers are just REALLY hard to move up and down the pole.

Echo SRM225: runs butt dies when applying throttle
2010年11月12日 · Did you allow it to warm up at idle for a long enough period of time ? These newer lean burning trimmers do take a much longer time to warm up than old trimmers did. My 2 year old echo trimmer does the same thing as your trimmer when it's first started, and needs to sit and idle awhile (at least 3 or 4 minutes) before it will not hesitate when I advance the throttle. …
reciprocating saw for cutting branches? - TractorByNet
2019年6月10日 · I certainly agree with the pole saw suggestion. I do have a battery powered reciprocating saw, and have tried it for pruning. Yuck. A kitchen pairing knife would work better. The pole saw can be used for cutting limbs, probably up to 4" or more. And it is also good for clearing vines such as blackberry vines, honeysuckle, etc..
