2014年3月23日 · By the way. Compare 65 and 66 production figures. Don't say 65 was an extended year because the 2+2 (fastback) was not available early in the 65 (64 1/2). Note that the 66 had about the same production coupe and vert as 65, actually higher when 65 was a longer model run. The fastback sales/production plunged for 66.

What the kit does NOT have are the 10,000 fastback unique parts to make it work, like seats, fiberglass, stainless, welded on brackets for all the panels, etc. Remember, in 1969, almost as many fastbacks as coupes were built.

2022年7月12日 · I don't think there is any measurable difference in roof height that's going to affect driver head room between the coupe and fastback. Back seat passenger, definitely, but not in the front. I'm 6'3" and fit just fine in a stock coupe or fastback. You really can't tell the difference from the driver's seat.

Once installed, and the weatherstrip is in, just a TINY bit of the retainer shows. I have taken coupe ones, made a couple tiny slits in them, and bent them to fit the fastback roofline.
