A duplicate diploma at IU is a new, official printing of your diploma. It will bear the same school name and degree information as the diploma you received when you graduated. For recent graduates, the duplicate will be an exact copy of their original diploma.

All Indiana University campuses now provide Certified Electronic Credentials (CeCredentials) to graduates. If you graduated Spring 2018 or later, you can request a Certified Electronic Credential in addition to your traditional paper diploma or certificate.

To request a replacement diploma please email [email protected] or call 260.257.6762. Once you complete the form, you’ll usually get your diploma within four to six weeks: however, it can take up to two additional weeks when diplomas for new graduates are being printed.
