2023年4月3日 · This is a hybrid denture conversion to a bridge-over-bar case. There is a very good wax-up to copy, except the doctor wants to lose one bicuspid on either side. So, what I have done is knock off the extra bicuspids from the wax-up, and I will simply move the molars into proper position when free-forming my design.

One was already mentions by LCM the other is to create more restorative space to accommodate all the restorative components. 15mm (give or take a little) of vertical space is required for a proper hybrid denture. 1mm for hygiene, 5mm for the frame, 2mm acrylic and 7mm for the denture.
