He's a demon who wins people over by giving them everything they desire, and those characters are typically attractive. He's made of gold and richly dressed, which also suggests the character is supposed to look good.

In another life, another timeline and dimension, Bill Cipher is no longer a god, but a low human called William Lucipher, who had a simple life in the city of Gravity Falls, without any memories of his past life, but dreams about it quite often.

Guess the only "problem" I have is the vibe difference and how the looks don't quite match his voice no more. Otherwise? Jit's amazing. The blind molerat eye looks cool, bowtie looks cool, and the man's very dapper. I'd say it's a very good interpretation of canon human Bill.
