Everything about him from his lines/fashion/voice is just so iconic lmao But he’s not necessarily the most compelling villain, I agree (and part of why I think Part 3 is the weakest narratively)

2019年9月11日 · I'm working on a build to basically create Dio Brando, later known as DIO from the manga/anime series JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, and what I've decided on so far would be this: 2 Levels of Fighter for Fighting Style, Second Wind, and Action Surge ( which would be flavored as stopping time, of course)
