Microsoft Edge on PC. Quick, best vertical tabs in my opinion, great built-in PDF reader. Copilot is ok-ish, enough for my occasional usage. As for privacy concern, I use Windows, nuff said. But, the improvement in my case is, I can change the default browser from Settings--> Default Apps--> Browser (which works perfectly).
