Cats really like moving water and fresh water. Lots of cats prefer to drink from toilets, glasses etc. I would make sure you have a ceramic bowl for your kitty's water or even try one of those pet fountains. I would just block access to the fish tank as nothing else will stop her. Its probably not terrible for her, but not good either
