2006年7月22日 · I had to do a fleet enema and douche the night before surgery, and another douche the morning of surgery! They are messy, but doable! I also had to wash night before and day of with surgical soap. A lot of work, but I'm 4 days post-op and my incision (TAH) and everything else is doing well, so I guess it can't hurt to be too clean!
