2023年12月21日 · Canthoplasty surgery, also known as cat eye surgery, is a type of cosmetic eyelid surgery that alters the lateral canthus (the outer corner of the eye, where the upper and lower lid meet) by tightening and elongating the eye horizontally, to give it what’s known as a positive canthal tilt or upward slant.

My eye shape has gone from almond to tired and droopy after a lower bleph. The surgeon said that she created a knot in the corner of the eye to prevent retraction and that with massage it will go away in a year (first she said a month, then 3 months but kept extending it).
