Then, covid hit and severely reduced traveling and luggage sales. Then, ebags really cut back on inventory. Then, the insane clearance sales. So, I’m not surprised.

To be honest and fair, the Customer Service person I spoke with today couldn't have been nicer or more understanding and we joked about how crazy this all was!

2025年1月15日 · Ebags was something special. They made good luggage at a reasonable price, with thoughtful design. But more importantly they showed all the features of their luggage, every detail, and explained why it was designed that way. They had nice informative videos, and pictures of every detail.

2019年7月2日 · The only way to prevent this from happening is to put some sort of plastic extension on the front bottom of the bag. Then the bag becomes thicker, defeating the purpose. That’s something to think about. Bags that don’t have this problem are going to be thicker. The eBags luggage is a full 2” thicker than the Rick Steves bag.

2023年2月8日 · I also carry my disabled son's suitcase, which is an eBags Mother Lode. I like the organization of this bag (top pouch for liquids, big zip compartment in front for easy access in transit, nice zip-open main compartment in which I use packing cubes).
