2023年8月10日 · Multi-Site depends on how many sites you are using. If a single site, set Multi-Site to Off. If set to Roam, the scanner will find a site with a good signal and stay there until it loses it and then hunt for another site. If set to Stationary, the scanner will scan all sites whose control channels are in the frequency list.

2023年4月21日 · I believe the protocols are here TRX-1 Scanner Downloads but I also would like to see some more choice of software. Whistler seem to have stopped developing the software as the control software still goes by the name of Control DEMO and not updated for ages.

2020年10月25日 · When the scanner arrives be sure to run the all updates to make sure everything is current. Finally, when transferring the configuration to the scanner, it is a lot quicker and more reliable if you remove the SD card and copy to the SD cardt through the computer's SD card slot (with adapter if needed) rather than with the SD card in the scanner.

2024年9月20日 · I have the Whistler TRX-1. I downloaded the EZ Scan software from the scanner. Its a bit clunky. My question is, can I use the PSREdit500 software to program the TRX-1? When I attempt to upload the file I created using the PSREdit500/RR, the program sees the scanner on "com4", but the scanner is unresponsive to the upload request. Any ideas?

2024年9月19日 · I just tried Chrome, Firefox and Brave, and none of the downloads are showing up for me. I tried another computer, and the table with the URLs appeared. Weird. If someone else is having this problem, here's the links to the direct download of the files...

2022年9月23日 · All download links for all of the scanners listed in the drop down box on the Whistler "Downloads" page are active and working on all browsers. The download link for the stand alone Library file (#894) is also active and working for me. It appears that the downloads are coming from "Shopify", is your firewall or browsers maybe blocking that site?

2018年1月4日 · The Whistler provided software, EZ-Scan, includes updates to the RadioReference database, which are usually available on Saturdays. A Premium Subscription is not required to get the updates. troymail

2024年12月19日 · Totally agree with you, linking to the wiki or a single depository of ALL Whistler downloads, rather than single scanner downloads, is a great idea, unfortunately it seems like everyone feels their location is best. I also feel the same way about all the multiple posts on the status of the website or Whistler.
