2019年4月26日 · Update: I just received the Comp-Tac International holster for my Q5 SF today and went to the range with it. The holster is as great with my Q5 as the other one I have for my PPQ - no problems at all drawing fast, good retention, nice "click" when re-hostering, etc.

2022年1月10日 · My father shoots a Walther PPQ Q5 Match 9mm in competitions with myself. I've modified my firearm to handle light loads, but i can't find any information on how to do the same with his. As it is now, we have to reload ammo at the maximum limit just to get it to cycle (i load at .16grams, his are .21grams).

I load 3.1 gn VV N320, 147gn Blue Bullets at 1.14" OAL and I get a 133 PF in my PPQ Q5 Match SF. After chronoing some Alliant Sport Pistol @ 3.1gn I get a 126 PF average. Bumping it to 3.2gn gets me to 131 ave PF.

2019年5月12日 · The Q5 SF is a big investment. I'm not fully committed to it and will be renting one soon. The Q5 polymer which I have shot and like very much and would easily be legal with or without an optic and matches the ergonomics of my current PPQ . Just exploring options and advice from those using the SF Q5 in IDPA. Thanks for any input and advice !

2018年11月27日 · Also the new Q5 SF is super easy to shoot and to keep on target,you never lose the red dot. Recoil with factory ammo is soft not snappy like the poly Q5. Very impressed ,trigger is good but the Apex trigger is great,waiting for it to be released.With Walmart 115 ammo got groups of 1 1/5 inches repeatedly. I like it better than my CZ Shadow 2.

2024年1月19日 · I have a Q5 Match and a Q5 SF. I have small hands with short fingers so I prefer the Q5 Match because the grip circumference is smaller on the polymer frame. I can shoot the SF ok but I can only just reach the trigger. The SF does have less muzzle flip however and the option of changing the grip panels.
