No way. You can get almost identical firepower with a Neurotyrant with the Synaptic Nexus enhancement to power up it's flamer. Costs less than half with some real nice synapse utility. The Tyrannofex's other guns are nothing special either. The Tyrannofex is obsolete until it gets a buff.
