You can however equip multiple different slots (e.g. gloves + knife) in one macro action. As for combat, you can switch weapons in combat, so at least you wouldn't be caught out trying to fight with a skinning knife. Losing a gloves slot mid-combat might suck but you can make sure to put the skinning enchant on something decent.

I've upgraded my avalonian skinning knife from tier 4 to tier 5 and I didn't notice any changes to my profits since the repair was 100k silver every 30mins I farmed. So my question are Avalonian gear worth my investment? Any other advise will be appreciated as well :)

2021年1月8日 · I did +30 sp on the skinning knife when I leveled my mage and it was great. And then I made a Druid and used it to level that as well. And then a lock and used it to level that too. It’s a great item to have around. Not to mention that it’s also not a bad item for lvl 60 either.

Dont use a skinning knife as a melee btw, it isn't actually counted as a weapon. Ur just going to want a vendor dagger or something instead. So you can pass it to your alt for the first 15ish levels.

2022年9月22日 · Skinning is the hardest among all resources. Thereby it is better to go to BZ find one place not to far from portal. Go there only every time you gather. Because, you will know the map to be able to run away from gankers. Also in BZ you will find much more enchanted resources than safe zones. Eat pork pie. T7. Don’t eat T5.
