2021年8月10日 · Zoom is not a secure place to be sharing sensitive information. If you don't trust your attendees, hold the meeting as per usual, but send the info to people who need it beforehand by emailing them the documents or secure links in a Google drive, for example. No need to put that stuff on a shared video screen, and not good practice.

Hi! I'm a medical professional and use Zoom for telemedicine appointments. Often times, I need to take screenshots (for example: of a rash) to put in a patient's chart. Is there a way to take and save screenshots within the Zoom application?

2021年2月10日 · It allows me to readily see what happens on a normal screen, quickly see if I have shared the proper window, sound, etc. And it saved my bacon once when my main computer crashed in the middle of a meeting. As for recording the event, you will see it if the person records via Zoom, but not through any other screen-grabbing application.

2021年8月18日 · Whenever I minimize Zoom (in an attempt to only see the small video in the corner of the screen), all windows related Zoom call disappear. I can still hear everything but I can't see anything, mute etc. If I want to get back to the meeting window, I have to quit Zoom and rejoin the meeting. I've been dealing with this issue for a few weeks/months now. Does this happen to anyone else?!

Screenshot a zoom window with however many participants you need. Bring the PNG into an editing software, place your clips on top of the participant boxes, then cut and size to fit. Add little name tags to recreate the Zoom overlay and boom, there you go.

2021年5月18日 · In Zoom I could only see half of my face and there were weird color stripes across the video feed of me. As soon as I clicked on that "adjust for low light" setting, I got not only a full picture of my face, I had much better lighting.
