2022年7月22日 · I have been looking to collect/buy/get access to as many proshots as possible. But it's hit or miss looking for specific musicals. Not looking for movie adaptations, just actual recordings. I have found "Gypsy", "Phantom" (The 25th anniversary edition), "Cats" and a couple of others, but not a lot. Anyone got a list or know which exist?

2022年1月14日 · Netflix has musicals (prom, TTB, etc.), Disney+ has musicals (into the woods, Hamilton, newsies, etc.), peacock has musicals (a bunch of the nbc live ones like Peter Pan, the wiz, etc.), Amazon prime has musicals (my fair lady, guys and dolls, etc.) and of course the subreddits that have already been recommended, including r/proshotmusicals

2023年3月21日 · Yeah. I watched that proshot first and hated it, then got to actually see what that set and staging was supposed to be like later... This is why I dislike the Heathers proshot a bit too, though that one was filmed at least a bit better. They just try to make it look like a movie and cut out 90% of the choreography and staging in the process.

Passing Strange was a musical that came out the same time as In the Heights. It's about a young black man in the 70s who moves from California to Europe chasing a dream of being a artistic musician. The proshot was directed by Spike Lee

2023年8月31日 · The les mis 10th anavirsery concert is one of the best shot musical concerts I’ve ever seen its shot so cinematically for its time and the orestracration is just right and the actors they chose for the concert phillip quast/ colm wilkinson, henshall, lea, its pure perfection

The Rent proshot is a little rough but worth seeing Renee Elise Goldsberry as Mimi And it's older than dirt also, but Into the Woods that was on PBS. It's souly responsible for my love of musicals. It's on Amazon in the US so hopefully it's available to you.
