2023年10月23日 · The ability to assign sub-tasks to specific team members is not currently available in Microsoft Planner. Microsoft has not yet announced any plans to add sub-tasks to Planner. However, they have been listening to feedback from users and have added other features, such as rich text in task notes and the ability to share plans with a file container.

2023年9月22日 · I cannot find a way to open a new Group in Microsoft Planner. When I want to open a new plan, it only gives me the option to add it to an existing group, but not for a new one, and I cannot find where to open a new one. Also, for some reason when I add members to a certain plan, it adds them to all my plans in the same group. Can this be avoided?

On Planner I share a plan with my team where we assign tasks to each other. Tasks assigned to me appear on my Microsoft To Do app. I accidentally deleted them and now I can't find them anywhere or recover them. I've tried going into my deleted items on my outlook as some YouTube videos suggested but they are not there. Help.

Reason: If a user with member permission (a non-owner of Microsoft 365 group) creates a new plan in an existing Microsoft 365 group, the user does not have the permission to delete the plan. In this case only two tabs are visible i.e., General and Notifications.
