2023年11月21日 · Hi all. I have a past with Kratom. Is is very helpful in letting me move throughout the day as I have DDD. I was addicted to it a few years ago. I take the capsules which are .5 grams a piece. I got up to taking 18 capsules twice a day. If I didn’t take it or ran out I was grumpy. It’s one of the few things though that helps.

2021年10月3日 · Kratom powder is pretty compressible, so the amount can vary. In 00-sized capsules, between 500mg (0.5 grams) and 800mg (0.8 grams) will end up in a capsule, depending on how much time and effort one devotes to packing that powder down repeatedly.

When I take capsules, the effects take about 10-15 minutes longer to manifest, and while duration is about the same, peak intensity of effects is slightly diminished with capsules, which is why I switched to mixing kratom into a liquid and drinking it. So much about kratom is subjective, especially when it comes to dose and ROA.

2023年9月17日 · 2. You’re not taking enough . I would say to take white, red and geeen. Not just a single color. So if you’re taking 6 capsules take 2 red, two green and two white. Not sure how many capsules you are taking in one dose but capsules take longer to absorb so you will want to wait 30-60 minutes to feel effects.

Sometimes, I poke holes in them with a thumbtack and it seems to help, or I empty them into an empty pill bottle and toss it back that way.
