She's more facially and verbally expressive than ISTPs I've met. And she wants to be a life coach (advice giver / problem-solver but actually wants to deal w/ people) and she loves writing.

And this in turn has given rise to the belief that there are no ISTP women, and that ISTPs just spring out of holes in the ground! Which is, of course, ridiculous.

2011年1月20日 · (The seventh funciton is supposed to be the most vulnerable point...the 8th is not the most vulnerable apparently because it is so much like the dominant). Likewise, the ENFP's seventh is the ISTP's dominant. When it's ISTP-ENTP, the ISTP thinks more highly of the ENTP than vice versa and there can be more resentment.

My sister is an ISTP engaged to an INFJ male. They also are great; he is way more emotional, though (I don't think his Ti is very developed) and this can cause conflict.

When you stick out, it only makes you that much more interesting to us. From what I've read, ISTP women feel out of place because they don't want to be seen as tomboys.

2010年4月19日 · It seems some people swear the ENFJ-ISTP pairing is the best thing since sliced bread; others are convinced it's a trainwreck waiting to happen. Personally, I side slightly with the latter. Also, I think ENFJs who feel upset that an ISTP isn't 'opening up' need to take a long hard look at themselves too.
