Owners of Hitman 1 and Hitman 2 can import locations to Hitman 3 for free. Progression can be carried over from Hitman 2 to Hitman 3. Carrying over your Hitman 2 progress is optional. That option will show up when you launch Hitman 3.

There are 3 separate standalone games: HITMAN (2016), HITMAN 2 and HITMAN 3. WoA is just a different name for HITMAN 3 standalone game, it's not a bundle, it's the same thing. When HITMAN 2 came out you could also play H1 missions inside H2 launcher but you needed to own standalone HITMAN (2016) or buy Access Pass to unlock that content.
