2011年9月18日 · Polyurethane glue may hold too well if you need to disassemble these things on a regular basis, but mentioned it because I have had very good luck with it for attaching plastic to metal without additional fasteners.

I have an older J.C. Penny's branded snow blower with rubber tracks with one starting to split. Is there a glue like super glue or some such that would hold/ work to repair this as there isn't one in captivity.

I've used GG to bond leather to rubber like in Sorel snopac boots. Worked awesome. I don't like using it to laminate wood though, expansion on a large area can leave gaps. Put a dab on a piece of clean steel and see how easy it is to get it back off with a putty knife. That will give you idea of how it sticks to smooth metal surfaces.
