2015年9月10日 · Each folding operation doubles the number of layers. You start with one layer of steel A and one layer of Steel B. One fold you have four layers. Next you have 8, 16, 32, 64, etc. After just 12 short folding/flattening cycles you'd have just over 4,000 layers of steel, each just a few microns thick.

Realistically they could just c4 the metal too during the storm but it can be a useful obstacle. For the other maps it's not as big a deal, turrets are much better at keeping things out than metal gates. That being said I personally use metal only for 2 reasons: I'd rather farm metal than stone, wood, thatch, and fiber.

2018年6月4日 · Elaborate system to keep out deer, gates and fences can only be 6 feet high out here, deer easily jump 9-10 feet. You wouldn't believe the amount of money people spend out here on fencing/gates that really don't do much to keep the deer population out.

2022年4月7日 · Someone saying gates imply illegal activity reminds me of people who never travelled outside their small town, honestly. Gates exist all over the world and someone has the absolute right to privacy for their garden without passerby’s and neighbors see them dining, sunbathing or just chilling.
