2021年1月10日 · Go into 11 expecting a dragon quest and you'll love it imo. The world is vibrant and really pretty to explore, and a very decent size, and the monsters and characters are all well designed. Party characters could've been more exciting, but they're oddly memorable, and for sure very likeable imo.

I picked up and am about 30 hours into Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age S: Digital Deluxe Edition, and had to check reddit for negative opinions about this game. The reason I started playing this (my first dragon quest game) was because of the "love letter" review of it by Tim Rodgers during his time slaving away for Kotaku.
