Motor Week, a weekly TV show over 20 years old, stated today that the Diamler/Chrysler minivans are the vans to buy for 2001. Winners of the SUV category were the new Ford Escape/Mazda Tribute twins. Honda motor company only made the winners list with the luxury priced SUV Accura MDX. Diamler/Chrysler also won the mid-size sedan.

The Pacifica was on a display turntable at the Cleveland Auto Show. We've owned four Chrysler minivans, currently an awd T&C. Now that the kids are almost grown, the Pacifica appeals to us as having 90% of the utility of a minivan with, I'd estimate a $5K lower price and nice styling.

Looked at all minivans. Chrysler makes nice minivans with many nice features. Chrysler minivans most popular. Odyssey had most power, most space for passenger and luggage, almost best gas mileage. Odyssey now second in sales but sell lots less than Caravan.

Honda Odyssey vs Dodge/Chrysler minivans It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure with a name like this it is going to be controversial. Thats like inviting a hundred people to the swimming pool on a hundred degree day and tell them they can't get in the water.

Hi guys, first post, been trolling here for years. I repalced the bushings on a 2000 Chrysler Voyager and on a 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan. The old bushings were oval shaped&the steel was worn down too. Helped the front end noise a lot. I respectfully disagree with the other poster. Bushing install is way easy.

We just purchased this Chrysler after owning 2 Toyota Siennas w/o any problems. Years prior, we had a horrible experience owning a Chrysler minivan and stayed away for years but were tempted back w/the 2008. Ha! Lesson learned. Can't trust Chrysler products to last or trust the Chrysler company to stand behind their product.

Our 2001 Odyssey LX (with traction control) was fine this winter (Chicago).
