Bloomfield Mine is approved to operate 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The mining technique is a multi-seam, multi bench system, mining up to 13 seams or splits, utilising a range of heavy earthmoving equipment to deliver the run-of-mine coal to the onsite washery.
