To get to Faldir's Cove run around Stromgarde Keep (left side, if you're facing it) and keep running until you see a tunnel entrance. Run through the tunnel and you'll see a sunken ship and that's when you're get credit for finding Faldir's Cover.

I am trying to do quests there for the third time today, the one with the Nagga and stones and again at least one horde is there to keep ganking me. I am not complaining about the ganking itself, I am just curious about why they are there.

There is a cave leading to Faldir's Cove at 21,75. Just take the path behind Stromgarde (for Horde) and follow the path to the cave. Then swim east until you get your map click.
