2018年11月13日 · I searched a lot, but among all guides or pictures that identify and name different shapes, I couldn't get this particular shape. The closest I could get was a stretched ellipse. There are only two processes to get this shape as far as I know: the first one is making a long rectangle and making its corner radius exactly half of the height.

Drawing a rectangle with the Rectangle tool creates a "Rectangle Shape" object. Any other way of creating a rectangle (e.g. if you load a file from an SVG perhaps) will give you a path that happens to be rectangular. Illustrator won't recognise it as a "Rectangle Shape" object. 2018年9月12日 · If it is a Rectangle then it is a 'ChamTangle' (pronounced: shamtangle) I invented this word back in 2013 for a Client's Intranet Project and i'm taking full credit for this 'ChamferedRectangle' If it is Square then it's technically a 'ChamQuare' (pronounced: sham-cwah) but that doesn't sound or look anywhere near as nice.

Once the live shape is expanded, there is no way to revert it to a primitive other than to redraw the shape with the Shape Tool so it is a primitive again. Important Additional: Shape editing tools are only seen when a Shape Tool is the active tool. Switching to the Shape Tool will show the properties for live shapes again.

When I draw a rectangle in Photoshop, it does not place it on any layer. This seems like unusual behavior. Create a new document; Unlock Layer 0. Click on Layer 0 so it's selected.
