If you’re a new Costco.com member, select Create Account, then enter your email address and your choice of password. If you’re a member, enter the membership number found on your membership card. You’re now ready to start shopping! Note: Maintaining an active Costco membership doesn’t automatically register you on Costco.com.

Whenever you successfully complete an online order, you’ll be taken to a screen with your Order Confirmation number. You’ll also be sent an email with the same details. Retrieving your order history is simple! Just head over to Costco.com and select Orders & Returns near the top of the page. Log in using your email address and password. Once in Orders & Purchases, select the time period you want to view. Voilà! You can see all orders placed within the last two years (in six month increments).

Select the reason for the cancellation and click Cancel Order. When an order is cancelled, the pre-authorization is immediately released by Costco.com and removed from your financial account based on the policies of the card. For more information on those policies, please contact the credit card company/bank.
