2024年2月22日 · When I hit the pedal, there were blue sparks inside the motor case and the cart jolted. I then noticed the F1 wire at the motor is connected to the F2 terminal on the controller. I also have one taillight/brake light stuck on and the other side has no power. Anyone with Tomberlin knowledge, please feel free to chime in or PM me. Thanks!

2015年4月8日 · I am not the only one has experienced Tomberlin’s lack of service and support. I personally know of 2 dealerships – Fairway Golf and ECars in Tampa, FL and Appalachian Golf Carts in Sapphire, NC - who both ended their relationship with Tomberlin, because of the difficulty they experienced in getting service and warranty support.

2022年12月5日 · I have a 2009 Tomberlin E-merge 500 48v cart that will not run. Battery voltage is good, 48v to top of solenoid and dc controller ( orange solenoid), dash lights up, tested micro switch on throttle (ok), tested pins on controller (all tested to listed specs), rebuilt motor (brushes were almost gone), ceramic fuses good.

I purchased a tomberlin emerge 2009 year... It has 1100 miles on it. I have spent 100's of hours trying to figure out my problem of the cart not wanting to move.
