2018年2月10日 · Hello! I just upgraded in Windows 10 Pro 64-bit TH2 (build 10586). I tested and I have no problems now. When I put the mouse on top of the full screen app, the bar appears where I can resume to window or minimize or close the app. Probably there was some system file issue in build 10240 that was fixed while upgrade replaced my system files.
