Microsoft never announce when specific rewards will be re-stocked, they do run out of the popular rewards loke Robux regularly, but usually it does not take long for them to get new codes, you jsut need to check the rewards page from time to time until the reward you want is available again.

If a certain reward like Amazon Gift Card or Flipkart of any amount is not available, it means that the code for it has became out of stock and therefore there is no exact timeframe on when it will be replenished but the rewards team will be doing it’s best for it to be back the soonest on whichever amount will be available.
