2022年12月22日 · There's also a decent chance that attempting to generate the key will either ask you to go to the front desk first as a required step, or something may go wrong generating the key and you have to go to the front desk anyway. Even if I check in at the front desk first, the digital key process seems to fail relatively frequently.

2024年6月16日 · I think Hyatt has given up on fixing the bluetooth version of digital key and seems to be pushing towards rolling out the NFC based key on Apple Devices. The problem is that Hyatt seems to only support one vendor of lock (Vingcard) at the moment which leaves all the properties with relatively new DormaKaba systems in a crappy limbo.

2022年1月4日 · The digital key is not part of that downloaded pass from what I can tell. Hilton would have to develop this functionality/feature. iOS 15 has made this a lot more simple for developers to include it. I could have tried it recently, as I requested a digi key but forgot as a key card is still just as easy as I was going to reception anyway.

2022年8月31日 · Each time I restarted my phone, the digital key would work just fine the first time I opened the app. Then I can't get anything else to work - force closing the app, turning airplane mode on/off, etc. Only completely restarting the phone will make the digital key work once.
