Actress Leslie Bibb jokingly told the “Today” show co-host that her little ones — Mila, 12, Poppy, 9, and Hal, 5 — are “monsters.”

McMillan, who is also the mastermind behind "The Rachel," Aniston's iconic hairstyle on "Friends," was the creator of Bibb's "White Lotus" character's hairstyle in the most recent season of the hit HBO series.

On Tuesday, June 17, the mom of three, 43, debuted her new haircut after cutting her long locks into a White Lotus-inspired bob while live on air during a Monday, June 16 episode of Today with Jenna & Friends.
