According to the Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office, 13 people were killed in San Antonio by rushing water on Thursday.

The suspects wore masks and wielded hammers when they burst into a Royal Jewelers shop. They allegedly smashed display cases and made off with 100-plus items.
